Criminal representation before all levels of court in the province...
Mr. Caissie offers representation of accused persons in criminal matters, for all types of criminal offences in the court of first instance.
He has represented clients in trials presided by a Judge and Jury, and also represents minors accused of criminal offences before the Youth Division.
Mr. Caissie represents clients before the courts in the province of Quebec and occasionally practices in other provinces.
Bilingual, he offers his services in French and English. As for fees, the following methods of payment are available: cash, cheque and electronic transfers. Fees are mostly fixed and are negotiated in advance with the client by a clear agreement.
Graduated from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Civil Law and is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000.
Having practiced criminal law at the beginning of his career at the Montreal legal aid office, he then worked for the Cowansville legal aid office.
Since 2003, having practiced exclusively in criminal and penal law within his own firm, Mr. Caissie has represented clients at the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Quebec Court and before various Municipal Courts.
